Vaccination records must reach us within 24 hours of drop off.

Cleared to Stay

Your dog is cleared only once we have received and confirmed those records.

Fine & Pickup

Missing the 24-hour window makes you subject to a fine and your dog must be picked up.

Vaccination Records Within 24 Hours: I acknowledge that I did not provide proof of my dog's current vaccinations at the time of drop off. I agree to provide complete vaccination records to Trouble Off Your Hands K9 within 24 hours of drop off.Clearance Required to Stay: I understand that until those vaccination records are received and reviewed, my dog is not cleared to remain in the program. My dog will be cleared to stay only once the records have been received and confirmed by Trouble Off Your Hands K9.Failure to Provide Records — Fine: I understand that if I do not provide the vaccination records within 24 hours of drop off, I am subject to a fine. I accept responsibility for that fine and for any related costs.Pickup of My Dog: I understand that if the vaccination records are not provided, my dog will need to be picked up. I agree to arrange and complete pickup of my dog promptly, and I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with that pickup.

How to Pick Up Your Dog

If your dog is not cleared and needs to be picked up, here is how it works. We will contact you by phone or email as soon as we determine your dog cannot stay. Pickup must be arranged and completed promptly during our scheduled pickup hours. Please bring your photo ID. Someone other than the owner may pick up your dog only with your written authorization in the field below. All pickup and related costs are the owner's responsibility.
